Additional credits are available for purchase at any time from the Home Dashboard of your Genie account.
On the right hand side of the Home Dashboard screen, look in the Summary box where the different Credit types and amount available are listed. Hover your mouse over or click on the amount available to bring up a fly-out box showing remaining credits, credits used this month and credits used this year.
Just beneath those you will see the “Purchase” link. Click here for a pop-up window that will quickly allow you to purchase additional credits.
