A Tag can have as many records assigned to it as a user would like. When tagging a large amount of records (i.e. 5,000 or more records) the user may experience a slight delay in the website. Tagging a large amount of records requires the website to handle a considerable amount of processing so please be patient while this is taking place.
- A record with 1 tag will display the color of that tag
- A record with 2 or 3 tags will display layered matching the color of the tags
- A record with 4 or more tags will display layered with the count of the total number of tags
Hovering over the tag icon will display all of the tags assigned to the record
