To access your Salesgenie account, look for the Sign In button in the top right corner of any Salesgenie page. Enter your login credentials to get started. 

 For security purposes, your session will automatically time out after a period of inactivity, and you’ll be signed out. This helps protect your data if you step away from your computer. 

If you experience issues signing in: 

• Click Sign Out to clear cookies in your browser 
• If you see a blank screen or an error message, click on the Salesgenie logo at the top of the page to return to the homepage. From there, you’ll see the Sign In option again in the top right corner 

Pro Tip: If you use duplicate browser windows, log out of or close all windows accessing your Salesgenie account to sign out completely. 

To manually sign out at any time, click the Menu in the top right corner of the page and then select Logout.
