Cloning makes it easy to create list variations without starting from scratch. To refine or duplicate a Smart Audiences list:

1.     Open the list you want to duplicate

2.     Click the “Clone Criteria” option

3.     A new list will be created with the same filters applied

4.     From there, you can adjust filters, add new ones, or save under a new name

This is especially helpful if you want to test different variations of the same audience.
