Getting Started
How do I manage my account?

You can manage your Salesgenie account by using the Settings menu, which is located in the top left corner of your screen. From there, you can access and customize many of the key functions that keep your account organized and up to date. 

 

Within the Settings section, you can manage the following: 

  • General Settings: Update your username, password, and phone number 
  • Users: Add, edit, or manage users tied to your account 
  • Credits: View and manage your account credits 
  • Subscription: Review subscription details and manage your plan 
  • Lead Status: Create and update the statuses you use to track leads 
  • Tags Manager: Organize and manage the tags applied to leads and customers 
  • Reports: Access export history and usage reports 
  • Suppression List: Manage suppressed records to ensure they are excluded from campaigns 
  • Consumer Phones: Manage SAN (Subscriber Access Number) details
