Credits let you rent Data Axle business or consumer records for use outside of the application. Availability varies by plan: 

• Free Salesgenie account: Do not include or support credits 
• Basic subscription: Credits are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis; purchase only what you need 
• Pro subscription: Includes a monthly credit allotment; the amount is selected for your plan at sign-up or can be added to or adjusted within your subscription plan as needed 
• Team subscription: Includes a monthly credit allotment; the amount is selected for your plan at sign-up or can be added to or adjusted within your subscription plan as needed 

How credits are used 

• Each partial or full record (excluding email addresses) exported or printed from the application requires 1 credit 
• Each email address added to an export, used in a print document, or rented for an email campaign requires 1 additional credit in addition to the record credit 
• Viewing an email address directly within the application requires 1 credit 
• After purchase, an email remains available to view and export during your contract’s email rental period without additional credits; ask your representative for your rental period length 

Important note: If a record includes an email address, you will use 2 credits in total (1 for the record and 1 for the email). If you view an email address directly in the application, 1 credit is required to reveal it so you can send a personalized message.
