How can I view the notes/tasks?
Salesgenie allows you to view notes, tasks you’ve added in two ways: directly on a record or through the Tasks panel.
Option 1: View tasks in the Tasks panel
- Go to the left-hand navigation panel and click on Tasks.
- Here, you can see all tasks you’ve added across multiple records.
- Use filters to refine the view by:
- Database (business or consumer)
- Date range
- Assignment (to whom the task is assigned)
- Task completion level (open, in progress, or completed)

Option 2: View notes and tasks on a specific record
- Open the record you want to review.
- Click on Notes/Tasks.
- You’ll see all the notes, tasks added to that record.
