How do I reset my password?

There are two ways to reset your password in Salesgenie, depending on whether you are currently signed in. 

 

If you are signed in: 

  • Go to Settings > General Settings > Security 
  • Enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm it 
  • Your password must contain at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter and one special character 

 

If you are not signed in: 

  • Click Sign In at the top right of the Salesgenie homepage 
  • On the Sign In screen, select Forgot Your Password? under the password entry field 
  • Enter the email address associated with your username and click Submit 
  • Look for an email at that address containing a link to reset your password
