How do I reset my password?
There are two ways to reset your password in Salesgenie, depending on whether you are currently signed in.
If you are signed in:
- Go to Settings > General Settings > Security
- Enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm it
- Your password must contain at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter and one special character
If you are not signed in:
- Click Sign In at the top right of the Salesgenie homepage
- On the Sign In screen, select Forgot Your Password? under the password entry field
- Enter the email address associated with your username and click Submit
- Look for an email at that address containing a link to reset your password
