As a Direct Marketing Association (DMA) member, Salesgenie follows industry guidelines to protect consumer privacy. The DMA defines specific data types as sensitive, requiring additional care and ethical responsibility when used for marketing.

 

Sensitive data includes information about:

  • Older adults
  • Health care
  • Financial transactions
  • Religion or ethnicity
  • Children

 

Marketers must use this type of information in accordance with the highest ethical standards and comply with federal and state laws.

Sensitive Data in Salesgenie

Within the Sensitive Data Selections filter category, you may find data that is considered sensitive and may also be subject to federal or state regulations, including:

  • Mortgage Information
  • Ethnicity, Religion, or Language
  • Actual Age
  • Age 65+
  • Grandparents
  • Mortgage or Tradelines (line of credit accounts)
