You can view and manage your direct mail campaigns directly within Salesgenie.
From the left-hand navigation panel, click Direct Mail (or select Direct Mail under the My Account menu). This will open your campaign dashboard, showing every campaign you’ve run through the platform.

On this page, you’ll see:
- Campaign Name: The unique name you gave each campaign
- Scheduled Date: The date the campaign is set to mail (or already mailed)
- Status: Whether the campaign is in draft, scheduled, processing, or completed
- Actions: Options to resume a paused campaign, delete one that’s no longer needed, or review details of a completed campaign
This view gives you a central place to track your campaigns, confirm schedules, and act as needed.
