How do I format my list for printing labels?
Start by selecting Label as your print output option to print mailing labels during export. This will automatically format your data to match standard Avery® label templates that work with letter-sized sheets.
The following Avery options are supported:
- 6 per sheet — Avery 5164
- 10 per sheet — Avery 5163
- 14 per sheet — Avery 5162
- 20 per sheet — Avery 5161
- 30 per sheet — Avery 5160
Make sure you use letter-sized Avery label sheets corresponding to your selected template.
