Getting Started
How can I search by home value?

The Home Value filter allows you to target consumers based on the estimated value of their property. This information is generated from a combination of public records and modeling techniques to provide the most accurate picture possible.

How home value is estimated
The estimated home value in Salesgenie is derived from three major components:

  • Assessor-based valuations adjusted by sales price (if available)
  • Sales price
  • Statistical modeling

The process begins with county-level assessment data, which is then adjusted using quarterly sales appreciation or depreciation trends. When available, household-level assessment and/or sales price data are used. A statistical model is applied to calculate the estimated home value if no household-specific data is present.

Approximately 80% of home value data in the database comes directly from county assessment information.

Available ranges
You can search using estimated value ranges, divided as follows:

  • $25,000 increments up to $199,999
  • $50,000 increments up to $499,999
  • $100,000 increments up to $1,000,000+

To apply this filter:

  • Click on the estimated Home Value ranges in the Available column
  • Move your selections into the Selected column to include them in your search

Pro Tip: Use the home size criteria to find consumers by actual Home Sale Price or Estimated Home Equity (instead of estimated Home Value). For additional criteria related to mortgages, check the Sensitive Data Selections section.
