How can I generate a report with Salesgenie Team?

The Salesgenie Team package includes built-in reporting tools that give managers and admins complete visibility into team activity and performance. Reports make it easy to see how leads progress, whether you want to view results at the list level or drill down to individual users.

 

Viewing reports

  • List-level reporting: See how many leads within a saved list are assigned, unassigned, worked, or unworked. This gives you a clear picture of the overall pipeline and helps identify where task may be needed
  • User-level reporting: Track performance by individual sales reps. View how many leads have been worked, converted, or left untouched, allowing you to spot top performers and coach where needed

 

 

Exporting reports

If you want to analyze your data outside of Salesgenie, you can export reports to Excel with one click. This allows for deeper analysis, sharing with leadership, or integration into broader performance reviews.
