There are several ways to obtain credits, depending on your subscription plan: 

• Pro and Team subscriptions: Credits are automatically deposited into your account each month (or annually if you are on an annual plan). The number of credits is determined when you set up your subscription and can be adjusted at any time 

• Basic subscription: Credits are available on a pay-as-you-go basis. You can purchase them in-app when you use them. For example, if you attempt an export that requires more credits than you currently have, the option to buy additional credits will be presented 

• All paid subscriptions: Credits can also be purchased in larger quantities by calling your sales representative, who can add them directly to your account
