What options are available for printing records?
You can print records by exporting them as a PDF document. Start from the list view screen, choose Export, and then select PDF document as your format.
Step 1: Choose Records
Decide which records you’d like to print:
- All records: Print every record in your list
- Remaining for purchase: Print only the records you have not previously exported
- Random Sample: Enter the number of records you want, and that quantity will be randomly selected from your list
Step 2: Choose Level of Detail
Select what details you want to include with each record. The following print output options are available:
- One Per Line: Prints the fields shown in table view, including basic address information and phone number (if available)
- Compact: Fits multiple records on a single page for quick reference
- Summary: Prints individual record boxes on a letter-size page with a summary of the available data for each record
- Detailed: Prints all sections and available fields for each record
- Custom: Allows you to select the exact fields or data elements you want displayed in the PDF
- Label: Formats records for printing onto mailing labels
