How can I edit my notes or tasks?
Salesgenie allows you to edit or delete any notes or tasks you’ve previously created. This makes it easy to update reminders, adjust task details, or remove items that are no longer needed.
Steps to edit or delete a note or task
- Open the record where the note or task is saved.
- Click on Notes/Tasks to view all items associated with that record.
- Find the note or task you want to change.
- Click the three dots (⋮) next to that item.
- Choose either:
- Edit: Make changes to the text, date, time, or assignment.
- Delete: Permanently remove the note or task from the record.
