How do I remove my customers from a list?
Uploading your customer data into Salesgenie allows you to scrub and append your existing list, exclude current customers when building new prospect lists, and run marketing campaigns. This prevents you from targeting customers you already serve.
Steps to Exclude Customers from a List
- Use the Customer Data upload tool to upload your customer list into Salesgenie
- In the Filters panel, scroll down to the Exclusions section
- Select the filter option OMIT: Saved Lists
- Check the box next to OMIT: Saved Lists to see a dropdown of files you’ve uploaded into your account
- Choose the appropriate uploaded file to exclude those customer records from your new search results
This process ensures that your existing customers are omitted when generating prospect lists, keeping your marketing efforts focused on new opportunities.
Tip: Regularly update your uploaded customer data file to ensure exclusions are accurate and reflect your current customer base.
