You are only charged one credit per record, no matter how many times you export that same record. Once a record has been purchased with a credit, it remains available to you for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

During these 12 months, you can export the same record as often as needed, in any format that works for your business. For example: 

• Download records to import into your own systems 
• Print record details for your team at a later time 
• Print mailing labels for the same records at another time 

As long as your subscription is active, you can continue to export or print previously purchased records without using additional credits.
