Tags in Salesgenie are customizable labels you can apply to records, helping you organize and categorize prospects across all of your saved searches and customer data uploads.
Once a Tag is assigned, it remains associated with that record everywhere in your account, making it easier to filter, group, or track prospects over time.
Managing Tags
1. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Settings
2. From the slide-out menu, select Tag Manager
3. On the Manage Tags page, you can:
- Add a New Tag
- Edit an existing Tag
- Delete a Tag you no longer need
You can also assign Tags during a Customer Data upload, ensuring your imported records are labeled and ready to use.
Tip: Create Tags that reflect your sales process or campaign focus (e.g., “Q1 Campaign,” “High Priority,” or “Trade Show Leads”) to keep your database organized.
