To register for a Subscription Account Number (SAN), you must complete the process directly through the official National Do Not Call Registry website at www.donotcall.gov. 

A SAN is required for organizations that plan to market or sell products or services by phone. Once you register and pay any required fees, the government will assign your SAN.
