What lead management tools are available on the app?

The Salesgenie mobile app provides several lead management tools to help you stay organized and productive in the field. From the business details screen, you can access and update the following tools: 

  • Company Overview (1): View a summary of company information 
  • Tasks (2): Create and manage tasks reminders for your leads 
  • Notes (3): Add, edit, or delete notes to keep track of key details 
  • Activity (4): Review a history of your interactions and updates 
  • Tags (5): Add or remove tags to organize your leads 
  • Driving Directions (6): Get turn-by-turn directions to your lead’s location 
  • Phone Call (7): Call directly from the app with one tap 
  • View on a Map (8): See your lead’s location on a map 
  • Lead Status (9): Update the lead status by tapping the flame icon at the top of the business details screen 
  • Add Contact (10): Add new contacts directly into your lead manager 

 

These tools are available from the business details screen, making it easy to manage your pipeline in real time.
