Getting Started
How can I search by employee size?

Filtering by employee size in Salesgenie is an effective way to identify companies based on their scale. Whether you’re looking for small businesses with just a few employees or large enterprises with thousands, this filter lets you narrow your list quickly and precisely.

Choosing employee ranges

  • Preset ranges: Start as small as 1–4 employees and increase to 10,000+ employees. You can select more than one range at a time, and your choices will appear in the Selected column.
  • Exact counts: For precise searches, use the Specific Employees fields.

Example: Enter From 3 to 3 to find businesses with exactly 3 employees.

Example: Enter From 3 to All to find businesses with 3 or more employees.

Filtering by business location

  • Before you run a search, you can decide which employee counts to include in your results:
  • Both Location and Corporate Employees: This option combines employee counts from both the Parent/Headquarters and all associated branch locations, giving you a total that reflects the entire organization.

Only Corporate Employees:

  • This option restricts your search to Parent or Headquarters employee counts only. These records usually represent a larger number since they often account for multiple locations managed by the corporate office.

Only Location Employees:

  • This option focuses on the employee count for individual branch locations only, without including the totals for the Parent or Headquarters.

How employee size data is collected

  • To ensure accuracy, Salesgenie verifies employee size through direct telephone interviews. Only a small percentage of records are based on industry profiles, which makes this one of the most reliable datasets available.

Applying your filters
