How do I suppress a saved search?
Suppressing a saved search in Salesgenie excludes specific records from future lists or searches. This is useful to avoid targeting the same businesses or consumers again.
Steps to Suppress Records from a Saved List
- Open the Saved List you want to work with
- Select the record(s) you wish to suppress
- Click the three-dot menu on the far right of the list
- Choose Suppress from the menu
The selected records will now be suppressed and not appear in future searches or lists you build. Suppressed records can be restored later from your suppression settings if needed.
Tip: Suppression is beneficial for removing records you’ve already contacted or accounts you know you don’t want to target again.
