Tracking the performance of your email campaigns in Salesgenie is simple and visual. Once your campaign has been sent, you can see high-level metrics and detailed engagement data inside your account.
Step 1: Go to your Email Campaign dashboard
- From the left-hand navigation panel, click Email Campaign
- You’ll see a list of your campaigns with quick stats, including:
- Recipients (total emails included in your campaign)
- Opens (how many recipients opened your email)

Step 2: Open a campaign for detailed reporting
Click on the campaign name to view full performance details. Here you’ll find three reporting tabs:
- Overview: A quick snapshot of your campaign performance
- Delivery: Insights into how many emails were delivered, bounced, or suppressed
- Tracking: Detailed engagement data, including opens and clicks

Step 3: Review your key metrics
You’ll be able to see:
- Total Recipient Emails: The total number of addresses included in your campaign
- Suppression Emails: Contacts automatically excluded, such as unsubscribes
- Hard Bounces: Emails that could not be delivered
- Unsubscribes: Recipients who opted out after receiving your email
- Open Rate: The percentage of recipients who opened your email
- Click Rate: The percentage of recipients who clicked on a link inside your email
Step 4: Export your results
If you want to analyze the data further, you can click Export to CSV to download a file with all your campaign results.
Pro Tip: Use these metrics to measure performance and improve future campaigns. For example, if your open rate is low, try testing a stronger subject line or a different send time. If clicks are low, review your call-to-action placement or design.
