Getting Started
How do I navigate Salesgenie?

When you log into Salesgenie, you’ll start on the Home Dashboard, which is the hub for all your activities. From here, you can quickly search databases, view saved lists, and access tools from the left navigation menu. 

 

Home Dashboard Sections 

  1. Search for Leads: Choose a Salesgenie database (Business or Consumer) to search for individual records or build a targeted list 
  2. Saved Lists: View your most recent saved lists by the name you gave them. Each saved list shows its related database, record count, and creation date. Use the three-dot menu to: 
    • Manage Lists 
    • Group By 
    • View Report 
    • View Criteria 
    • Clone Criteria 
    • Rename List 
    • Delete List 

 

Left Navigation Sidebar 

  • Toggle between Business and Consumer databases 
  • Access Saved Lists 
  • Create and manage Email Campaigns 
  • Create and manage Direct Mail 
  • Track Tasks 
  • Adjust Settings 
  • Access Support 

 

List View (Search Results Page) 

When you click Search for Leads, you’ll go to the List View. From here, you can: 

  • Use the Quick Search bar for simple lookups 
  • Select the Filters option for advanced criteria 
  • Preview records that match your search after running filters 

 

Record Detail View 

The Record Detail View provides full information on a specific record. 

  • Business and consumer detail pages are organized differently, based on the type of data in each database 
  • This is the most detailed level of data available in Salesgenie 

To return to the Home Dashboard at any time, click the Salesgenie logo in the top left corner. 

 

With these tools, you can move easily between searching, list-building, and managing your customer or prospect data.
